On the occasion of the National Volunteering Week, we invite you to join our small but important project. We want to create a joint video in which each of you will be able to express your idea of volunteering using just one word. In this way, we want to highlight our unique and distinctive experiences while uniting in one thing – volunteering. Regardless of your age, race, ability or status, we honour your place in society and the volunteering you uniquely do that makes Ireland what it is today.
All you need to do is record yourself saying ONE WORD that sums up how you feel about volunteering, and send it to us.

By uploading this video you grant Waterford Volunteer Centre the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, reproduce, distribute, and/or display any video footage, audio recordings, and/or photographic images (hereinafter referred to as “Recordings”) sent by you to them in any media format, including but not limited to print, online, social media, television, and promotional materials, for the purposes of promoting and publicizing the activities and initiatives of Waterford Volunteer Centre and for creating content for the “One Word about “Volunteering” campaign.
