Drawing Representing Strategic Planning

The Volunteer Trustee Development Network, funded by Training Links, is running a training event for board trustees or those with leadership responsibilities in voluntary/not-for-profit organisations.

This network is made up of organisations at every stage of development, from new, community-based organisations representing  local initiatives and common interest, to registered charities and CLGs. Therefore, the training will cover the basic aspects of organisational leadership and governance, as well as more advanced information regarding the legal context of charities and and their boards.

A limited number of places are available to non-network members. However, due to GDPR regulations all participant organisations must be  registered with either the Waterford or Wexford Volunteer Centres.

This training is funded by Training Links.
