As part of the Volunteer Trustee Development Network micro-learning series, we will present a short topic spotlight on Succession Planning in Community and Voluntary Organisations.
Ultimately, the whole purpose of the network is about helping to future-proof small organsations in the region, and succession planning is going to be a central theme of the Network’s closing conference in October.
With that in mind, this short 40-minute training is going to act as a primer for a topic that will be addressed in detail later on. In it we will present a summary of the most recent research by the Charities Regulator and how it relates to succession planning. You will also have access to a Succession Planning Audit Template that you can use to assess your own future-proofing readiness.
